A-1 All American Roofing 10-Year Limited Warranty Guide

At A-1 All American Roofing, our commitment to your property doesn’t end when installation is complete. We believe in providing long-term protection, transparent accountability, and flexible warranty coverage that gives property owners genuine peace of mind.

Our 10-Year Limited Warranty program combines a solid 3-Year Base Leak-Free Guarantee with straightforward maintenance milestones that extend your workmanship protection up to a full decade.

3-Year Base Workmanship Guarantee

Upon completion of a new roof installation and provided payment terms are fulfilled, A-1 All American Roofing warrants that we will repair, free of charge, any leaks caused solely by faulty workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the completion date.

• Routine Maintenance Responsibility: Property owners maintain responsibility for routine care, including keeping roofs and gutters free of accumulated debris and foliage.
• Standard Exclusions: Does not cover roofs used as decks or subjected to unauthorized foot traffic; third-party modifications; material manufacturer defects (covered under manufacturer warranties); or damage from pre-existing structural defects, ponding, or extreme weather events.
• Written Notification: Leak notifications must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery.

Extending Your Coverage Up to 10 Years

You can extend your warranty protection beyond the initial 3 years up to a maximum of 10 years from the original completion date:

1. Initial Milestone (Months 30–36): Schedule and complete a maintenance inspection between the 30th and 36th month following installation.
2. Residential Schedule: Subsequent maintenance inspections completed every 24 months thereafter.
3. Commercial & Multi-Family Schedule: Annual maintenance inspections completed every 12 months thereafter.

Flexible Maintenance Options

Property owners may maintain warranty eligibility through either of two pathways:

• Contract A-1 Maintenance Services: Have our certified technicians perform the scheduled maintenance at current market rates.
• Certified Maintenance Inspection: Perform the maintenance using your preferred qualified crew according to our Roofing Maintenance Checklist, followed by an A-1 verification inspection.
